Job position: Quantum Machine Learning and optimization of quantum circuits

CLOSED
The Quantum Materials and Devices group (https://www.qmad.es/) at the Instituto de Nanociencia y Materiales de Aragón (INMA) (https://inma.unizar-csic.es/) is seeking well-qualified, highly motivated, and dynamic young researchers at the post-doctoral level in the area of Quantum Machine Learning and optimization of quantum circuits.

The contract is funded by the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) within the newly-established platform PTI+ on Quantum Technologies (https://qst.csic.es/about/), a virtual cluster of more than 30 CSIC groups sharing a common vision in Quantum Science and Technology.

We are looking for individuals with experience in quantum physics and/or artificial intelligence and data analysis. The project aims to optimize quantum algorithms for applications in real problems in data science. Close collaboration with local companies and experimental labs is expected.

The position is funded for two years and the candidate will work with David Zueco (http://complex.unizar.es/~zueco/). If you are interested, please ask Dr. Zueco for further details at the following email address: dzueco@unizar.es
