Curriculum vitae

Alex Francisco Estupiñán López is an undergraduate and MSc in Physics (Natural Sciences), at the Industrial University of Santander (UIS) located in the city of Bucaramanga, Santander, Colombia. He has two distinctions, a Laureate thesis in his undergraduate and an Honorific thesis in his master’s degree. Experience in teaching and researching theoretical, computational, and experimental Physics for more than 5 years in universities (3 private higher education institutions and 1 public) and research groups associated with these institutions in Colombia. Currently, he is a PhD student at the University of Zaragoza, in the Department of Condensed Matter Physics, also he is a researcher at the INMA Institute (Aragon Nanoscience and Materials Institute) and he works for the CSIC (Higher Council for Scientific Research), Spain.

Among the research lines in which he has worked are: High Energy Physics, Astroparticle Physics, and computational simulation in Plasma Physics.
